What is High Arch feet?

High arch, also known as pes cavus, is a foot condition characterized by an abnormally high arch in the foot's midsection. Instead of the foot having a normal arch that absorbs shock and distributes weight evenly, individuals with high arches have an exaggerated arch that places excessive pressure on the heel and ball of the foot.

What kind of problems are cause by High Arch?

  1. Foot Pain: The high arch structure can cause increased pressure on the heel and ball of the foot, leading to pain and discomfort.  running.
